Royal Brunei Catering Gives Bubur Lambuk to RIPAS Patients During Ramadhan
On 10 May, patients at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS) and their family members were given “Bubur Lambuk” by Royal Brunei Catering Sdn Bhd (RBC). As an initiative derived from RBC’s corporate social responsibility where they give back to the community, Bubur Lambuk will be distributed to all fasting and non-fasting patients and family members in the hospital every Friday during the entire month of Ramadhan bringing to light the benevolent essence of the holy month.
Bubur lambuk is a dish traditionally served during the month of Ramadan and prepared with a number of key ingredients including fragrant herbs and spices, coconut milk and meat or shrimp.
