Brunei Fertilizer Industries Sdn Bhd (BFI) successfully convened its 2nd International Women’s Day Forum at Serambi Suluh Hall, Tarindak D’Seni. The event drew over 200 participants, all united under this year’s compelling theme, “Accelerate Action: Together We Rise.”
This forum underscores BFI’s belief that meaningful progress requires effort and collaboration. This year’s event called for unified action to elevate all voices, dismantle entrenched barriers, and foster environments where women can confidently lead, succeed, and shape the future.

Through compelling narratives of determination, adaptability, and creativity shared by diverse key speakers and panelists both local and overseas, the event aimed to inspire attendees while offering concrete strategies to bring about real change within workplaces and communities. Beyond dialogue, the forum also uplifts local women-led brands through a curated marketplace and creative expression.
BFI also broadened the dialogue to include the critical role of men as champions and supporters in the journey toward gender equality. The event highlighted how success is built on networks of support — whether from family, mentors, colleagues, or friends, and emphasised the importance of cooperation and respect between both genders in driving lasting progress.

Hosted by strategic partner, Asia Inc Forum, the second International Women’s Day Forum marks a significant step forward in BFI’s ongoing dedication to empowering women, promoting allyship, and cultivating spaces where collective growth is the norm.
