Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam Wins Awards at the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2018
The Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam was awarded the ASEAN Green Hotel Award and the ASEAN MICE Venue Award at the recent ASEAN Tourism Forum held in Chiang Mai, Thailand last January.
An ASEAN initiative dedicated to promote sustainable tourism practices in ASEAN through the adoption of environmentally-friendly practices and energy conservation in ASEAN Green Hotel practices, the ASEAN Green Hotel Standard deals with essential elements of Green Hotel operations namely environmental plan, green product, human resource and environmental management. On top of that, Radisson Hotel is silver certified in EarthCheck – used to measure key environmental indicators such as energy and water consumption, total waste production and community commitment, and is used by over 1,300 organisations worldwide.
