The annual United Kingdom Study Fair saw an increase in vendor participation this year, once again proving that the longtime relationship between Brunei Darussalam and the United Kingdom is deep-rooted in mutual connection and progress. Twelve more universities plus a slew of Overseas campuses were part of the growing U.K contingent looking to attract Bruneian students to their establishments. Representing vendors shared the sentiment that they hoped to help students find the ideal courses and educational pathways for all circumstances, with some sharing that certain support ecosystems were not as well known in Southeast Asia as they were in other economic regions and it’s hoped that would change over time as more prospective students come to the annual Study U.K Fair to see what’s available.
This year’s event at The Empire Hotel and Country Club also saw the inclusion of fun new photo op sports like a replica London phone box, Platform 9 and 3/4 from the Harry Potter series, as well as a delicious pop-up cafe from the in-house cafe Zest.
