KINDA CRAFTY

For Aiman Adlina, Kinda Crafty was born out of a desire to build a fulfilling career and a solid foundation in a creative field. Thanks to her background in Geography, Environment and Development, and her passion for sewing, Kinda Crafty infuses sustainability and functionality to their handmade items, ensuring that their products are both functional yet create less to no impact to the environment. Their products include patterned boxy bags, laptop sleeves, stickers and even scrunchies. If you are interested in purchasing their products, you can also personalise them by adding your names for a custom touch. Boxy bags and laptop sleeves are also available in different sizes, curated according to your own preference!

Most of their fabrics are sourced locally, providing not only control over their supply chain, but also helps in minimising the ecological footprint and promoting ethical practices within the business and creative community. They’ve also secured a shared studio space with Olfaction Lab, to expand their production and further refine the band. Want to learn sewing? Then look forward to their future workshops!

GRAIZE

We’re green with envy cause The Graize makes some of the freshest and most delicious local varieties of italian pesto around! Vilie Tseu, creator of The Graize Co., aims to connect customers in Brunei by refashioning the product into something more approachable to the consumers. Originally selling homemade Rosemary Sodas, using organic and locally grown rosemary, Graize is now offering ‘Pesto Sandos’, using locally grown Basil — the star ingredient. According to Vilie, the main goal of The Graize is to contribute to the farming community in Brunei. He’s been in the agriculture industry for four years, meeting and working with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and styles of farming. He’s seen both sides, those that are struggling and those who are thriving. His vision for Graize is to create a hub where farmers can support each other by sharing ideas and resources and over time, build more economically and environmentally sustainable farms allowing us to reach our societal goals in Brunei.
